Feeling totally stuck? Have to update your website but not sure which photos to share or if your branding and messaging are on point? Avoiding it all entirely? I get it, it’s hard to be subjective when it’s your work. My objective is to be objective. Plus, it’s daunting when you’ve been putting off a project for awhile. Not to mention, you’re busy running your business and serving your clients.

Using my editorial eye, I’ll review what you’re putting out there already and what what you’d like to be putting out there. Image curation is my specialty and I’ll select images (and specific galleries) to help you get/stay on track to attract your ideal client. Because you want to get their attention, but also keep it.

I’ve always believed in keeping it real and learning from feedback, so I’ll explain why I’d cut an image or make an adjustment to your text. Teach a man to fish, right? I’ll offer actionable advice on how you can approach things differently at your next wedding to improve your outcome or strategies for how to move forward with your Instagram. I’ll also highlight what you’re doing well, because while constructive criticism is important, so is reassurance.

It all begins with a questionnaire, so I can better understand you as a brand and the goals you want to achieve. With answers in hand, I’ll dive in with a website audit and portfolio review. What you’re currently putting out in the universe, what you’ve been sitting on for far too long, and even what you’ve got happening later in the season. I’ll assess the user experience, text, photos, fonts, and every little thing on your website, but also your social media accounts, and collateral. It should all feel cohesive and be the best representation of who you are. It’s all about creating that balance, because you can’t have an awesome Instagram account and then send a dated investment guide to a potential client. Everything should sing and it should all be harmonious—and if something’s off-key, I’m going to tell you. Consider me your vocal coach.

THE NEXT STEPS:
• Let’s set up a chat to discuss your goals and what areas you need assistance in so we can form a plan of attack. I cater my services to best suit each client.
• I’ll then send along questions for you to answer so I can really understand your brand, where you’re at with your business, where you want to go, and how I can help you get there.
• You’ll gather any necessary links (Dropbox, Pixieset, etc.) with passwords and download pins so I can access all images. at this time, a deposit will be secured and you’ll be scheduled on my calendar.
• We’ll form a punch list of items to tackle. Curating galleries to add, deciding which weddings to feature, selecting images for other areas of your site or your collateral, tweaking your bio, etc. and I’ll put that all in a Dropbox for you and send it along with my full report. It’ll be a thorough document with extensive feedback that will help you go through everything and implement changes—some immediate and others more long-term.

WHAT ELSE?:
• I’m pretty savvy in Photoshop, so if you need any minor retouching work done, let me know.
• I also love InDesign, if your collateral needs a bit of an upgrade.
• If you need help batch renaming images with keywords, once a selection has been finalized I can also assist with this.
• While I don’t build/code websites, handle SEO, handle posting on Pinterest, or develop branding, I am happy to refer you to people that do.
• Have general questions, perhaps about publishing or networking? Feel free to pick my brain!
• If you have weddings you’d like to submit for publication, I’m happy to help curate extended galleries and read over any text that will accompany them. Further, we can chat through where you’d like to pitch to be sure you’re pitching to an appropriate outlet.
• Fun fact: I average 100 words per minute when typing—double the average—so I’m extra efficient.
