let me start by clarifying that while i do enjoy the bruno mars song, this week's 'just the way you are' hails from decades prior and is sung by billy joel.

i grew up listening to billy joel. lots of billy joel. one of my favorites of his happens to be 'just the way you are'. and it's just the song for you, if you're a billy fan too.

fun fact? he wrote it for his first wife and gave it to her as a birthday present. not a bad gift, huh?
